How to Elevate Your Style with Chic Basics

Looking back at this blog over the years, it's so fun (and also sometimes embarrassing!) to watch my style evolve. In scrolling through older posts, I've realized that since becoming a mom, I've been elevating my style with more classic pieces and basics than trendy pieces. I've found a real love for collating capsule collections out of neutrals that I can pair every which way without a lot of extra fuss. After all, I have less time than ever to style my looks but I still enjoy getting dressed and looking put together.

Outfit Of The Day

Today's outfit is just that. Everlane is one of my favorite brands for comfy, chic, affordable basics. I've been living in these light yellow jeans all summer and I love pairing them with neutral tops. Speaking of which, this neutral box-shaped tee is my absolute FAVE. I have it in a couple of different colors now and want to scoop up in at least a couple more. It is perfect for summer with pants, shorts, and skirts alike and I love the flattering cut.
