Naiya & Sadie + Endometriosis Update
Sharing some recent photos of Naiya and Sadie who are never afraid to show off their big personalities. 2026 has been a big year so far. In addition to balancing motherhood with running my company, Aliza Media, I’m now also recovering from endometriosis surgery. I was initially supposed to have this surgery later this year but it got moved up so here we are!
I went into Cedars Sinai last week for an endometriosis excision—not knowing if my doctor would find endometriosis 100% since it’s only able to be officially diagnosed through surgery. She had seen a number of suspected endo areas in my ultrasound and MRI but she wasn’t sure what she would find when they opened me up.
In the end, my doctor found that I definitely did have endometriosis—and that it had adhered some of my organs together.
Needless to say, I have some extra time to share some recent photos I haven’t had a chance to post yet of the girls and our family over the next few days and these shots of the girls are some of my favorites!
I’ll also share a full post soon about my endo surgery from start to finish, what to expect, and the healing process for anyone else who is exploring endometriosis themselves. More to come.
